Synopsis

• Aaron has been in the marine industry since 1999, working as a shipwright in Port Townsend, WA, Petersburg, AK, and Essex, MA.
• From 2005 – 2019 Aaron worked at a large boatyard in Bellingham, WA first as a shipwright and finally as an operations manager, managing all types of boat repair, upgrades and maintenance.
• In 2014 Aaron led a restoration of a traditionally built 1946 Sam Crocker designed ketch, which he continues to cruise with his family.
• In 2019 Aaron joined Matt Harris’ company Marine Consultants Inc. Matt Harris is a NAMS Retired Life Member, and a well respected marine surveyor with extensive experience surveying vessels in the Pacific Northwest as well as overseas.
• In 2022 Aaron became a Certified Marine Surveyor with the National Association of Marine Surveyors.
• In 2023 Matt Harris retired and Aaron took over Marine Consultants Inc.
